    That like any large company they are not particularly efficient with refunds and could do better.  That you are upset with the mistake and want to vent on here.  That you will get your refun

They are not like any large company and this isn't a normal part of doing business. In fact, I've never had this happen to me before, however, ogoda has double charged my card multiple times to the tune of over $400. Either they are completely incompetent- they have had the same problem for years- or they're doing it on purpose. Nobody is that stupid. This company Is a complete fraud. Same problem over and over for many years= they are doing it on purpose.
