Wise is a fairly popular way to pay money into a Thai account from abroad,

You want to transfer money from the UK bank account to a Thai who has a bank account in Thailand?

If so, you will need the following 

- full name of recipient in English 

- name of bank

- bank account number

- swift code of the bank

then ask your bank how to transfer money via SWIFT 

 

or as said above use WISE.COM but you need to create an account

 

or last but very expensive option is WESTERN UNION, recipient can pick it up almost instantaneously
