Plenty of supplements easily available that will do that.

Like melatonin or L-theanine.

thanks, melatonin doesn't seem to help me, but, i am in some physical pain due to joint injuries.

the supposedly 20mg. THC gummy i am trying now: 10 mg. has some mild effects several hours after i take probably my ultra-slow metabolism,

I was unware of CBN before I tried these while in California. They seemed to work better for sleep than THC alone. I have not found anything similar in Thailand yet.

LIGHTS OUT CBN SLEEP GUMMIES
20mg THC | 20mg CBN per piece

The ultimate knockout. Providing full-body relaxation and mental calmness, Lights Out CBN Sleep gummies put you down gently and keep you asleep throughout the night. A smooth blend of cherry and dark fruit flavors, these gummies are infused with a 1:1 ratio of Heavy Hitters Ultra Extract and pure CBN.

CBN, a rare cannabinoid created when THC is exposed to oxygen and light, is famous for its sedative properties. When paired with THC, CBN may provide a better night’s rest.
