where was the scam?

Indeed.... Its was certainly extremely fortunate that the 'Pre-cogs' warned Chief John Anderton (Minority Report) was there to deal with this 'pre-crime'.......:whistling:

Luckily, a kind citizen witnessed the situation and stepped in to help the couple before the perpetrators could take advantage of their vulnerability. The good samaritan aided them in regaining their senses and took them to Patong Hospital for further treatment.

The couple fell into the trap as the perpetrators convinced them*** to smoke cannabis, saying that their visit to Freedom Beach would be incomplete without this experience.

*** That's where they made the mistake!

I think they are called bongs and they (the tourists) obviously felt the effect of the green stuff  :whistling:

Amazing to learn after all of these years that I was being scammed by fellow tokers sharing bong hits in public parks and entertainment venues in my youth.  My goodness, I feel so.............victimized.  <not>

Another Chapter in the Reefer Madness Chronicles.  Thank god they weren't offered Kaow Laow or Kratom.

it sounds bizzarre. Why would they have required hopsital treatment, at best they needed a nap unless there was something more to the weed than weed.

This is another one of the many anti-marijauna stories so common in thai media.

And what the hell does "losing full control of themselves" mean? Did they crap or piss themselves of start sobbing uncontrollably?

what a load of pussy bol00cks !!!!!

1/ If week had no effect I would be complaining!!!

2/ Are they from some nanny state  silly place like AUS?  ohhh nobody told me I would get high?

This sounds like some western nanny craap... Grow up!

Kind of makes me wonder if people are reading the thread, or just my replies.
