Does anyone know if Triquilar if available in Thailand, or if there is a substitute?  Have found others similar but not all the same ingredients.

Triquilar is off market but another brand is still available, called Trigestrel.

 

May be hard to find though

Not easy to find as rarely used by Thais.  Best bet is probably pharmacy in area with a lot of tourists. I suggest you try Southeast Pharmacy on Sukhumvit

Absolute worst case, the following more readily available pills all contain the same estrogen dose and same progestin as Triquilar, but with the progestin in same dosage throughout the cycle i.e. not triphasic:
