90-day online: How to correct data & get back on?

Recommended Posts

Online reporting worked great through 2022. But after my latest retirement extension, the online system failed for me.

When I submit my report online, the PDF generated on submission left several crucial items blank such as the tick-box for “NON-IMM”, port of entry (“BY”), and “ARRIVAL CARD NO.” Nothing has changed for me and all other information is correct.

This means a whole day, at considerable expense, to get to Chaeng Wattana, and wait in the endless queue if one is not lucky enough to secure one of only 14 five-minute appointments in one’s allotted 10-day reporting window. The IO at this desk obviously did not ‘update’ my data in the online system.

Surely there must be a way to correct one’s data!?!

Anybody know? Ubonjoe?

Thanks in advance! (Takes me awhile to get back to TV these days...)

Are you using this

https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add

There is no field for TM6.

Folk using this just fill in pp # and nationality and then hit magnifying glass.

Any field that needs change just backspace in field and make change.

One example of possible change : last entry date.

Play with the system. I got rejected because my extension expire date was not matching their system. They had under consideration date in it, so when I reentered my details and put in April 12 instead of March 13 which is my expire date all was good. Someone not so smart there as i had to change my tm 30 also 2x. Happily, its working again now. The PDF file generated on the web has empty spots, arrival card etc. So don't worry about that as long as it gets approved. Just be smarter than they are which should not be so hard.

Right, I guess. Good to know the arrival card number is unimportant. The problem seems to be my port of entry.

My application was 'pending' for two weeks so I had to go on the last day to avoid the fine.

Thanks, Jack. I used the magnifying glass method & change the date of expiry. But nowhere to enter port of entry so it does not appear on completed PDF.

Any ideas, please?

I just opened link and did dry run.

There is no place to enter port of entry.

TM6 etc.

I then checked my past approved TM47 receipts.

Few fields are blank.

In other words not required.

Thanks, Jack. I'll give it a try next time.

I'm in slightly similar situation.

My last online was rejected.

Reason given was no room #.

The strange thing is that all my online reports were approved without that address detail.

Recently I made in person 90 report at CW.

My plan for next report is to apply online.

Wait few days and if not approved send my report via mail.

That works and one does not sidetrack the other.

Late coming back to this topic. Made appt at CW in person, next one worked online. Go figure.

Yes, wait a few days but it's always a gamble not to get caught out & spend a whole day in queue, CW traffic & so on.

However, I have read elsewhere that the FIRST 90-day report after a new extension has to be made either in person or by mail.

Anyone had such experience? Would be way easier to just continue clicking the magnifying glass!

Thanks for your help.
