Mini Cooper Crashes into School Bus, 15 Students Injured. Porsche Crashes into Store

In a shocking incident on the road, two cars were racing each other when a Mini Cooper collided with a school bus, resulting in injuries to 15 students. Simultaneously, the Porsche involved in the race crashed through the storefront.

The accident occurred near the front of a convenience store, just before reaching the PTT gas station at Mile 10, Bang Phai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chachoengsao, reported Sanook.

At the scene, an Isuzu D-Max pickup truck, with a stainless steel frame covering the rear, was found overturned and lying sideways across the parallel lanes. The vehicle had the license plate number 7932 Chachoengsao. Additionally, a Mini Cooper, with the license plate number 7775 Bangkok, was parked diagonally in front, blocking both lanes of traffic, causing severe congestion, especially around the right side of the driver's door, where airbags were deployed.

 

Furthermore, another vehicle involved in the accident was a Porsche, with the license plate number 9933 Bangkok, which crashed into the interior of a store selling fertilizer and betel leaves. It entered through the glass door, and in the process, a red motorcycle with the license plate number 4769 Chachoengsao, parked in front, was also swept inside.

The injured individuals comprised a total of 15 people, including 13 students and one driver of the school bus, who drove a Mini Cooper. The majority of them sustained minor injuries, experiencing swelling and bruises throughout their bodies. Seven of the injured were immediately transported to Phutthasothorn Hospital.

 

During the investigation, it was revealed that the Mini Cooper was driven by Mr. Krissatham Meth, 29 years old, while the Porsche was driven by Mr. Anuchit, 54 years old. The school bus was driven by Miss Nichanan, 30 years old.

According to Mr. Sommai, 37 years old, the owner of the store selling betel leaves and fertilizer, he was having a meal at the front of his shop when the accident occurred. He was sitting at a table inside the shop, near the inner side. The car crashed into the betel leaves he was eating before colliding with the glass partition inside the store.

 

Following the incident, cries of injured students were heard, prompting immediate assistance from bystanders before attending to the students.
