Rental Car In Mukdahan

I will be moving to the "greater Mukdahan" area in late July. I have not been able to find a reasonably priced rental car. I will need one for an unknown period of time, minimum 1 week to as many as 3 to 6 weeks. I will be buying a truck shortly after arrival, so it depends on how long it takes for the truck to arrive.

If anyone knows of a rental car company in Mukdahan, I would appreciate their contact info.

There's an American ( Ralph if I remember right) with a pub just round the corner from the Ploy Palace Hotel. If anyone knows, then he should.
