Both NADAYANA and HANG MASSIVE play beautifully meditative music on an instrument called a "Hang" or "HandPan", almost a marimba type of tone.  Very relaxing.

I find simple rain sounds work well.  There is no musical rythm to it but its still sound that interupts a racy mind.  On top of that I count through numbers 1 to 10 over and over again while sometimes  visualizing the numbers if my mind wanders. This distracts my mind. I find meditation of the kind focusing on your feelings and limbs and think this and that and breathe this way too much effort and just adds to anxiety.  The power of distraction works best for me after trialing different methods.  But as they say,  To ones own choose a mobile phone.
