The accused youth, who goes by the name Naphat and utilized a firearm to execute the unfortunate act upon the dog, is scheduled to engage with the police on August 22 at the early hour of 9:00 AM.

Meanwhile, the wife of the individual who discharged the firearm, named Kanokanat, has stepped forward and acknowledged her involvement in the incident. She earnestly extended her apologies for the distressing occurrence.

 

In her explanation, she highlighted her husband's tendency to experience swift bursts of temper. On the opposing side, the dog owner named Nualsri expressed her criticism towards the actions of the person responsible for the shooting incident.

 

She underscored the necessity for legal recourse and reparation. Additionally, she expressed her genuine apprehensions concerning her safety, substantiated by previous threats originating from the person in question.

Using his ( probably illegal ) gun in public to shoot a dog means he could do this on somebody else as well as he has a " tendency to experience swift bursts of temper. " Take his gun away and issue a ' warning ' that he cannot ignore .
