How is a child seat going to be fitted on the family motorcycle with Mom and Dad? Or does this only apply to cars in Phuket?

Will safety belts be installed in the back of pickup trucks?

Another pie in the sky law? The same as passengers riding on pickup beds, crash helmets to be worn, and the rest. All to be ignored? Until laws are enforced the people who come up with these ideas are just whistling in the wind and living off the taxpayer.

Breath easy. You wont have to wear

A law requiring seat belts to be installed in all mini bus vehicles is already in law. There is no law requiring the wearing of face masks yet many Thais do. If this mindset could, somehow, be applied to helmets and seat belts it would be a winner.

That seat is not properly anchored and is more likely to cause more harm to the child.  Proper fitting is vital.

It looks to be fitted the same as my Mothercare Madrid model.

What is wrong with it's fitting please?

Was there not a post last week saying that if you do not have/cannot afford a child seat, then the normal seat belt can be used?

What is the law for over-6 year olds?

Who will enforce this 'law' ?
