Anyone has some recent experience with OCPB Pattaya, and can give some feedback.

 

I used them for a few cases 14 years ago, when I was building my house, and had very good results with the officer in charge.

 

Then they promoted him, and when I had another case about 6 years ago, the new staff was worse than useless, so I had to file in Chonburi to get things sorted,

 

Now I have another case against the Thai branch of a Chinese multinational, so I don't want to waste time.

 

Is the current staff at OCPB Pattaya city hall effective, or should I go to Chonburi right away?
