Will he be joining the picketing workers?

I doubt he would, but if he does, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

All I've heard from him so far about the strike is cynical fear mongering against the adoption of electric vehicles.

I am looking forward to your post tomorrow praising Donald Trump for attending the picket line , as its his turn to visit tomorrow .

Lets hope the workers are still on strike tomorrow for the Trump photo shoot

Gosh, is it election season again?

How did Joe feel about the workers on the XL pipeline after he cancelled that job?

Expand

Send him an email and ask him.

There is no point in asking anyone here or was that just another pointless rhetorical question.

You forgot a few more accomplishments. Like letting into the country millions of unvetted people from all over the world including China, taking the US from energy independent to rely on opec again causing gas prices to go up, took many people's jobs away when they didn't get vaccinated, He withdrew from Afghanistan without a plan leaving behind 100's of Americans and thousand of allies behind enemy lines, and let billions of dollars of American military equipment fall into Taliban hands, he called nearly half the country Fascist, making the divide of the American people even wider than it was, he raised taxes.

Can read some more his accomplishments here, I'm tired of typing.

You're right Billy. But then of course Joe wouldn't get his photo op which is the most important thing here, so shut up and get behind multi-millionaire "man of the people" Joe Biden.

UAW workers get like $28-$32 an hour, and they want a 40% raise.  No wonder the crap they build is too expensive to compete with non USA brands made in the USA.

Has any of that actually happened, or has he just thrown $Trillions of dollars (that we don't have) at problems and held out GAO 10 years forecasts to prove that they're working?

I joined a Union at age 18.

At age 20 I won a company bursary to support me reading Engineering at University.

The company reneged on the award.

My Union took the case up for me and got me the bursary I had earned.

I would not have been able to afford to go to university without my union’s help, nor might I ever have had a well paid career as a professional engineer.

I’ve been a proud union member ever since, always pay my dues, always thankful the positive help my Union gave me.

Interesting comparison of visits by the two principal candidates yesterday.

Biden went to a picket line to offer support to striking workers, with some legitimate grievances.

Trump visited a gun shop, best known for its customised AR 15 rifles for the Boogaloo Boys, a right wing white extremist group. A gun shop which supplied the weapon used in the Jacksonville shootings recently.

Expand

He’s clearly trying to wind up the violent few on the extreme right.

One dog whistle after another.

Hopefully the long jail sentences being handed out by those who did his violent bidding on J6 will give others pause for thought.

Yup it’s hard to get the republicans to sit down and help craft laws to deal with immigration absolutely it’s a major problem without remedy if working within the present laws.we are producing more oil under Biden than trump it’s the Saudis that cut production not Biden (they ain’t our friends) tho trump sure seems to be humping their leg.yup if you are so uncaring as to risk infecting others with a virus that was KILLING 4,000 Americans a day ,after day, after day,we’ll yea quarantine would be appropriate in my humble opinion.as far as the snafu in Afghanistan I’m in total agreement with this caveat who let the taliban out of the prisons?we left the afghan government with the tools to defend its sielf they chose not to that’s not Biden’s fault it’s the afghan people’s fault.after listening to trumps plans and seeing what the republicans have been doing I’d say there’s a lot of truth to say many of the republicans are indeed espousing fascist tendencies.anyway back to the subject at hand having the good fortune of being union part of my career is a blessing and I’m proud of President Biden standing with us union folks!

Gosh, what's next?  Blaming the Repubs for the horrendous crime sprees happening in Dem controlled cities, because they refuse to sit down and rewrite the laws around organized smash and grab looting?

Repubs simply want to enforce the laws already on the books.  They worked fine for decades.  And they recognize that having theft and immigration laws on the books is meaningless if they're not being enforced.  Like at the border, which was pretty darn secure until Biden's first day in office.  And in the cities, before no-cash bail, defunding the police and the Summer of Mostly Peaceful Arson and Looting disguised as protests.

Studies show that states with higher murder rates are those that vote red even as conservatives stoke fear about crime

Wrong. It's the Red states that have more crime problems.

You can't fix stupid.

Wonder if a lot of that profit is maintenance related?  How much of that is due to their truck lines, which they do excel at.

Along with many of the sedans, some trucks, are joint productions with Japanese automakers.  Not exactly coming out of Detroit.  They learned that lesson 'if you can't beat them, join them'  a long time ago.

Remember buying my Ford Escort ... and thought I was in my previous owned Mazda 323 ????
