Agent

Featured Replies

Hi,

A agent I used has held my passport for over two months

(Yes I know easy to do yourself) but I had problem in UK and had to send money back, she said Monday now she says Friday and on Friday she may say next week ?

This has been going on for the last month.

Any advise thanks

Go to your agent's place on Friday morning and tell her that if she does not return your passport to you immediately you will, for  your security, have to report it stolen by her. Then, if you don't get your passport, go to the police and report it stolen and take her to court.

This information is given on the basis of the limited information you have provided.

So she's holding your passport because you owe her money... correct?  Just pay her...

OK now she had money problems and could not pay certain people,

She was waiting for someone to pay her for visa so she could pay for my visa !
