Does anyone know the management company (QPM, WAM etc) for Thip condo soi 7 jomtien?

 

I visited a friend recently (he rents a room), I thought it look good for an old building. 

I asked at the front desk bust they said it was managed by Thip condominium.

I'm unsure why you are looking for the "management" company.

I'm looking to replace the management company (Juristic management) in my condo.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but we previously used QPM to manage our condominium. Very large company with the national footprint and an in-house legal department. 

 

With my limited experience I found them to be quite professional but at the end of the day it's the building manager who's responsible for the day-to-day stuff so in my mind that is the most important part. Which will generally be supplied by the building management company.
