ISRAEL IS AT WAR !

There is more to the definition of murder than requiring intent:

The mens rea for murder is: an intent to kill; an intent to inflict grievous bodily harm; or. reckless indifference to human life, where the defendant foresaw the probability, as opposed to possibility, of his or her actions resulting in death.

Reckless indifference to human life…, is exactly what Israel has shown.

Glad I could teach you something.

No thanks required, the lesson is on the house.

Yawn.

You can keep banging on about 'revenge' or 'don't care' - it runs in the face of reality. If either was true, the death toll would be way way higher. It's not very hard to kill civilians if that's one's goal.

Turns out it’s quite easy to kill civilians even if it (allegedly) isn’t one’s goal.

Have they reached 10,000 yet?

I am condemn Hamas unconditionally, Israel not so.

Yeah, i was responding to the other poster.

Seems almost as interested in Israel being condemned as he pretends to care about Palestinian lives.

We will have to agree to disagree on that.

For me the number of civilian fatalities confirms your point that if they intended to kill it would be much higher.

It also confirms my point that they don’t care or it would be much lower.

I expect the civilian fatalities to exceed 14,000 ultimately.

Yes, fighting in urban areas is like that.

Many civilians get hurt.

Is that new to you?

If Israel was intentionally out to kill civilians, there would be more dead.

Not too hard to understand.

Hamas could always surrender.

Or ask for a ceasefire, even.

Or come out and play.

Or let civilians into the safety of it's tunnels.

it’s easy to let anger take over and then you can appear to be something you’re not.  Alcohol does that to me, I suddenly find some people much more attractive than I would otherwise.

If they didn't care the casualty lists would be longer as well.

Not drinking before lunch, normally. And way less than a used to, anyway. Age takes it's toll.

Don't think I was off mark with my comment regarding said poster, though.

I make it a rule not to drink until early evening or I spend the afternoon asleep.  I often make up for it in the evening, especially when on holiday, like now in Vietnam.

Age does take its toll as you say, but I learned a very important lesson with age, only cheap wine gives hangovers.

I condemn the Hamas terror attack on Israel, the indiscriminate killing of innocent people, Men , Woman  and children of all ages , the Hamas war crimes and hostage taking and the killing of babies

Its unfortunate what is happening to the civilians in Gaza , but it needs to be done to eliminate Hamas from any future atrocities .

You condemning Israel for retaliating against Hamas terrorists makes you a Hamas/terrorist supporter

Cant believe you condone the killing of children.

Good morning to all you human beings revelling in killing Hamas fighters and terrorists, Muslins, innocent woman and children, UN aid workers, Jews, Zionists, and any press reporting to the free world from Gaza.

RIP to everybody killed so far, and I hope it's hotter than hell for all the Hamas terrorists in hell, and for all the Israeli forces killing innocent people by bombing and shelling them may you rot in hell to when your time comes.

That should just about pea enough dummies who support violence to further their causes.

Peace is the only way forward.

By hurt do you mean dead?

Why downplay reality.

Flipside is of course…if Israel cared about civilians there would be less dead.

Not too hard to understand.

Not too hard to understand.

Its not too hard to understand that accusing the IDF of being terrorists is an explicit disregard for the real terrorist acts carried out by Hamas.

On anther note, did the IDF kidnap also over 200 babies, children, young people and the elderly?

At any cost?

How many dead civilians is acceptable to achieve the stated goal?

Is the stated goal even achievable?

If not, then isn't the murder of so many civilians pure evil?

Senseless and indiscriminate murder.

Anyone with an ounce of humanity disapproves of the slaughter of women and children.

You don't, you support the poor Hamas murderers working for money..........😤

The Israeli's could try treating non Israeli's like human beings, like they should have done when they came to Palestine/Jerusalem in 1948, I wonder how that might have worked.

Agreed.

It seems we are in sync that both the Hamas and the IDF terrorists should be eliminated.

Glad to see you finally reject the dark side.

You stupid boy, Pike.........😬

No. They just dropped bombs on them.
