You mean the TM30?.....

Yes silly added requirement.

No, I mean everything. Previously you just hand in your passport and 10 minutes later 90-day reporting is done. Now you have to fill out the TM47 and provide all the photocopies.

Every immigration has their own take on requirements.

I needed to do my last 2 reports in person at CW.

Online stopped working for me at CW.

I certainly did not just "hand over my pp" and that's all.

On your list the TM30 , that was not required.

With a bit of luck a photocopy shop will have opened nearby.

b4 pattaya did it with the tm47, then they started using the barcodes on the 90 day notice paper when covid started. seems they are going back a full 3-4 steps. here in banchang they never did the barcode thing. paperwork all the way

one thing comes to mind about immi and tech -->

RETARDS

they have the tech but refuse to use it

At Korat none of this needed, just hand your PP and they go into the computer then print out the new notification and staple it into you PP. It take about 2 minutes.

The same at PKK immigration. Only passport needed.

Here are my reasons:

1. I live close to the immigration office.

2. It never took more than 5 - 10 minutes.

3. Didn't want to mess around with online reporting due to many reports of its unreliability.

And lastly, seeing as you mentioned it - I'm into "self-flagellation". Reporting has always been an orgasmic experience.

It's not unreliable, I have been doing it online for over 3 years.

Even if I lived next door to the Immigration office I would avoid going in the other than the mandatory once a year. Enjoy your "self-flagellation".

That's the way I've been doing it for nearly 20 years. This is new since I did my last 90-day reporting.

Someone in the office must own the copy machine.   How much per copy ? 😂
