Have a Thai company.  I know it will need an annual balance sheet and P&L.  Does anyone have experience with a qualified person who can preferably speak English. 

I have used Best Business Services for the last 12 years. Very responsive and reliable. They are located close to Bangkok Pattaya hospital, but usually come to my house if we need to sign paperwork and such. Great Service.
