Rasmussen Reports Poll - 24% of US Citizens Say Someone They Know Died From COVID-19 Vaccine

Nearly a quarter of Americans believe someone they know died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects, and even more say they might be willing to become plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against vaccine makers.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 24% of American Adults say they know someone personally who died from side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. Sixty-nine percent (69%) don’t know anyone who died from being vaccinated against the virus. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Forty-two percent (42%) say that, if there was a major class-action lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for vaccine side effects, they would be likely to join the lawsuit, including 24% who say it’s Very Likely they’d join such a lawsuit.

Indeed, with probably one third of the US population firmly in the Trump-Republican anti-vax camp, and 1.1 million Americans actually dead from COVID, and NOT vaccines, it's easy for the anti vax folks to project those COVID deaths onto the vaccines, falsely.

You also have to wonder when the poll puts these two very different questions back to back in a telephone survey, what the potential is for respondents to focus on their answer to the first question, deaths due to COVID, and then think the second question is the same as the first.

Rasmussen, a conservative leaning pollster, has been accused in the past of wording its surveys to help get a result that supports particular conservative views.

Maybe it's the fact that many of us know people who died from Covid.

But most of us won't know anybody who died because of the vaccine. 

Where is the official statistic how many people died because of the vaccine?

Kary Mullis stated many times that the PCR test was not a diagnostic one. Which is isn't. He died mysteriously in 2019. Convenient that; for the jab pushers.

The thread is certainly skewed and ambiguous. There were several covid vaccines and all cannot be seen on the same basis, a bit like saying people are male.

However it cannot be ruled out that new style vaccines may create problems that have yet to come to light.

In the winter of 2021 a friend of mine developed Pemphigoid and became so bad he became suicidal. It took the medics best part of a year to bring it under control. In Oct 22 he was called to have a covid booster jab and very shortly after the condition had flared up again. Fortunately with some experience under their belt the doctors brought it back under control reasonably quickly, he will now have to manage the condition for the rest of his life.

Late 2022 reports from the US started to emerge regarding the condition and the MRNA vaccine and the UK has also picked up on it. My friend's arm was a bit like that in the second set of pictures.

This complaint (Pemphigoid) is, IMO, the body desperately trying to rid itself of toxins. Nothing to do with the skin really. Problems with the blood and liver.

The key-word in that ridiculous Fact-check report is that the CDC only CONFIRMED nine deaths caused by Covid-19 vaccines.

And this while 24% of the US population - approx 80 million people - say that they know someone that died from taking the covid-19 vaccine.  Even if 99% of them would be mistaken and they died from a different cause, that would still leave 800.000 people knowing someone that died from the vaccine.

Yes, and if even 99% of them would be mistaken and they died from a different cause, that would still leave 800.000 people knowing someone that died from the vaccine. 

But you BELIEVE that only nine people died from the covid-19 vaccine, because those are the only cases that the CDC confirmed.
