Banglamung Police Discover Gun on Suspicious Motorcylist

Chonburi — In a surprising turn of events, traffic police officers from the Banglamung police station uncovered a loaded homemade gun during a search of a motorcyclist they found suspicious.


The incident transpired at 2:15 AM on November 4th in Chonburi province’s Banglamung district. According to Pol. Lt. Anirut Bangsri, the deputy inspector of the Banglamung Police Station, a Thai man named Suriya Yuenyaw was stopped at a police checkpoint on Sukhumvit Road, en route to Pattaya.

 

The reason for the stop was for the lack of a license plate on his motorbike. According to his ID card, 30-year-old Anirut was from Thailand’s northeastern province of Buriram.
