Even more annoying ads. Really?

Featured Replies

Asean Now always had the most ads of any website I visit regularly. And now it got worse.

If I click to see my notifications, first I see an ad.

Then, when I click on one of the entries, another ad before I see what I clicked on.

And now I even see ads when I click on the like button on a post.

Really?

We all know you want to make money with the website, that is fair enough.

But if I have a session where I see maybe 5 posts, but 10 full page ads which I have to click away then that is just too much.

Yesterday I even had an ad to help me find a plumber in Mexico. What's next? How to build an igloo?

Come on AN team, you can do better than this.

Just clicked like on your post and got a full page ad. And that was after clicking on my notifications and getting a full page ad.

It really is overbearing - it has to be the most advertising filled website on the internet. It is becoming unbearable.

All sites need to make money to provide their service for free but this place just milks it to a ridiculous level and doesn't care a bit about the user experience.

It has got to the ridiculous stage now and is undermining @George's very commendable efforts to improve the user experience.

We are testing new ad agencies and new formats (Taboola).

it can be some issues like this while testing.

I will revert back when I have an update. Thanks!
