quick question about Non o retirement visa

Featured Replies

when can i apply for my retirement visa (Tr7 form bank details etc)  i have the stamp  after be considered (admitted on the 30 oct until 27 jan 2024)  so is there a time set that i can apply .

Cheers

If the did not say when you obtained the non immigrant O visa entry it would be after 2 or 3 months (most places 2 months) having the money in account.  They may want it done during the last 30 or 45 days of permitted to stay as for a normal extension.

Which immigration office are you going to apply for extension.

Some offices such as CW , CM etc are up to 45 days prior to expiry.

(in your case 27 Jan)

Some offices )most) up to 30 days prior.

Not you will require 800k + baht in Thai bank account for 2+months

BTW: you are not applying for retirement visa.

You are obtaining a 12 month extension to your permission of stay.

You can apply for the 12 month extension during the final 30 days.

45 days at some offices.
