No eggs?

Don't think I've ever had.  Not sure I'd like that.   We always have a couple jars of pickles going, and some sauerkraut (not cooked).

I love pickled eggs. I can't believe you've never tried them. AKA that fifty-cent chicken-dinner at bars in the south.

The ideal accompaniment to a pork pie.

IMHO the best accompaniment to a pork pie is either large chunky Branston pickle, or some good hot Colemans Mustard made from mustard powder.

All good on a Ploughman's lunch along with a sharp piece of cheddar and some slices of nice ham and/or beef with tomatoes and other salad items.

Is there mustard not made from mustard powder?

Their!  mustard IS made from mustard powder, but you can buy it pre-mixed with water.

Great with a Bob's Big Burger I would imagine.  5555

I have tried it, or I would not have said yuck.

I like horseradish on hot Roast Beef, but mustard and mayo on a cold roast beef sandwich.

I would mix ketchup and horseradish for fish-fingers, or for dipping cold steamed shrimp.

True.

However if you mix it yourself, you can make it as hot as you wish.

I use a lot of Coleman's Mustard Powder when I make dry cured honey and mustard bacon.

Did up some ribs last night. I have been watching my diet since getting back from a month long visit to California where I put on weight. But carbs were on order. Cajun potato salad, Pinto beans with Dixie sausage, and sourdough garlic bread.

That all looks great.

Don't know what to call this, except damn tasty 😎

Wife cooked up some veggies for her eggs/omelet this morning, and we always do extra, while at it.

I added them to my ground beef with gravy & spiced it all up a bit.  Turned out better than expected.   Ate as is, but would go fine on rice, pasta, noodles or even mashed potatoes.   Avoiding all those, staying as keto-ish as I can.  Actually kind of easy, as long as I don't make bread.
