Results vary from person to person but Cialis works great for me. One tablet can last 36 hours. Be advised however that the original is quite expensive, 4 tablets x 20 mg cost around 2,800 Baht as I remember.  The Indian version Apcalis is much cheaper, but does not work in the same effective way in my opinion. I would stay away from the cheap copied products because you cannot be sure what is inside. Others might disgree with that. There is a locally produced, slightly cheaper than the original version from Millimed, but out of stock since some time already.

A number of years ago, a person I knew worked for a pharmaceutical company.  He took local street versions of Viagra and Cialis along with a few others and had a lab analyze them for content.  Virtually all of the street Cialis was actually sildenafil, about 50mg formed to look like Cialis.  Most of the street Viagra clones were genuine sildenafil but in amounts somewhat less than marked, most 100mg tablets having less than 70%.

I'll go look for Levitra in Bangkok, how much is it and how much do I take .... thanks

In the street same price as kamagra give or take 100 Baht. I take 1 whole tablet. With Kamagra I would take one half or two thirds of a tablet.

I thought the street Levitra could be sildenafil too until I crunched one tablet between my teeth. The taste was different. Less acrid, less unpleasant than sildenafil.

Note that he Kamagra sold in the street struck me as even stronger than the Thai Viagra generic (Sidegra) sold in Thai pharmacies. This doesn't mean it is of course, might be psychosomatic.

I take 5mg of Cialis a day recommended by my local doctor and also the one in Pattaya forget his name .

So I was a little concerned about taking the Cialis everyday so the doctor in Pattaya re assured me it wasn't for erection ,it was for ....prostate !

Apparently cialis everyday lowers your prostate cancer risk

And the important question here is how hygienic is the production process regarding possible contamination. And also which other possible harmfull ingredients are mixed in those copied versions produced in underground labs.

Taladafil is available here....and don't ask me to prove it, but saw it online from the same seller I discussed earlier for around 400 / pk 10 from memory. I think it was even cheaper if you bought 3+ packs. The Thais know where to get all this stuff and what works and what doesn't. I am lucky enough to have a few Thai friends. Most of them buy off LINE accounts. If you know any Thai guys ask them :-)

But the last time I checked it no generics were approved by the Thai FDA, so theoritically it is illegal, even if sold by a pharamcist on prescription. Having said that, I know where to get it myself.

Actually 5mg per day is a standrad dose used to treat both BPH and ED. I was on it for BPH like you, but many are on it for ED too.

I found that too with Kamagra, half was all I needed and still had a red face and effected my sight a little. Worked well but the Shompoo I had was excellent. You wouldn't know you had it until it was time....and really heightened sensitivity too. Can't wait until they are available again :-(

I don't know why you would be so worried about hygiene....go outside and take a few good gulp fulls of Thailand's "fresh" air. Or have a look at the water your vegetables and fruit are washed in every day. If you are a germ o phobe you are living in the wrong place

Medications must be produced under strict and  sterile conditions.  It is about contamination which can kill you in the worst case scenario.

Same as food in any restaurant....worst case scenario. If you buy pills off the street out of an Africans pocket yes...they are only interested in one off sales, have no reputation to worry about. There are plenty of reputable sellers selling generic product and for the most part I believe you are safe and an acceptable risk. Everything comes with risk including intimate relations with the local tourist attractions here
