Health insurance for non-O renewal?

Item 22 in the above link.

No insurance needed, click on item 22 it then shows 22.2 which is for an O-A visa insurance needed to renew O-A, if you are renewing a non o then you are getting an extension of stay non o retirement

only if you are using a Non O - A    its quite clear

As I see it:
O Visa,  Insurance is not required
OA Visa, Insurance is required.

 

I have a ME O issued in UK without insurance declaration. (I'm insured with UK company)

As it says, it – health insurance – is only for folks entering on a non-immigrant O-A-visa.
