I’m sure negotiations are still in full swing as to how much Thaksin is going to pay to whom to get the de-luxe treatment. Things like that take time, no doubt. His Majesty the King granted a royal pardon to Thaksin, reducing his combined jail sentence." That enabled his qualification for early release.
