UK Visa Application Centre in Bangkok is relocating

 

 

Here is some important news for anyone who needs to apply for a visa to visit the United Kingdom.

 

The UK Visa Application Centre, which is located at the Trendy Office Building on Sukhumvit Soi 13, is moving to a new location from 18 March 2024.

 

The UK Visa Application Centre and the HMPO address in Bangkok, Thailand will be relocated to the new address below.

The Shoppes at Belle Grand Rama 9,

Looks like a case of mixed - and, hence, totally confusing - messaging on VFS's part, I strongly suspect. No mention (yet at any rate) of any imminent Bangkok destination change for enforced UK passport renewal route marches on the GOV.UK website:

passport is coming up for renewal in 2031.

They only mention the VISA section, this applies mostly to Thai nationals, if you don't need VISA to visit the UK. this doesn't concern you at the moment, 

 

If you find this hard to understand, you'll struggle to navigate through life

And, sadly, from 3 days' time now it will be a case of RIP With-It Tower Passport Renewal Experience.😢

 

Still working on the new place, though - but at the moment I can't get over The Shoppes at Belle Grand Rama 9 sounding rather like the name of a Shakespearian shopping centre located in Stratford upon Avon 🤔

Wait until you visit, “The Shoppes at Belle Grand Rama 9” is behind G Towers, which was some architect’s dream.

 

If it had been in G Tower, that would have been a spot of true pleasure.
