My Dear Mnemonists:

a.  Do you have an Eidetic Memory?

b. How has this ability of yours helped you during your time in Thailand?

c. Does this help you recall all the B-girls you have known?

d.  What about other kinds of BIRDS?  Are you able to remember all the bird calls you have ever heard in Thailand, in Chiang Mai, over the past many years?

e.  You know, my fellow alum, Chomsky, has what I would say is an eidetic memory, and look what this unique ability has garnered him, throughout his life!

And so, I am just wondering how many of you on the Farang Pub might also be, sort of, like Chomsky, in this important respect.

I envy you, if you have one of these things, more than you know.

Best regards,

Your forgetful friend.....

Gamma

Note:  Never forget me, please.

I did have an eidetic memory in my teens. I have definitely lost some of it with age.

If I play a round of golf, I can still recall my score on each hole, and each club I used, for several days afterwards. The round gets erased by the following game.

I guess we remember what is important to us, and forget what is not.

I don't think it is possible to erase my memory of the OP.

I was going to write a response to this post, but I can't remember what I was going to write.

IMHO, there happens to be a very small minority, here on TV, who actually gets off on my posts.

A VERY SMALL minority, mind you.

One thing I have been wondering about:

a.  Let's say that you sleep with a girl in Pattaya one week.

b.  Then, if you do not have this so-called Eidetic Memory....

c.  Next month, do you sometimes forget which girl you had slept with, and then sleep with here again?

d.  Even though she was not so good, the first time?
