I've got a question for you.

Im thinking about cleaning my gate after the drunken thai left a dirty footprint on it... I will probaly use bleach. Do i need to wear safety goggles and a mask if i do? How about gloves? And do i need a work permit?

Safety first!!

The dirty footprint will blend in with all the dog pee.

The next down pour it will be gone.

Yes, if you are out there cleaning a work permit required.

I don't want you to get deported, better let Mrs Smith do the cleaning..

I think that's the answer about Thai's often acting uncomfortable when I'm at a self serve laundromat. I often wondered about that.

They always step in and want to do it for me, even strangers. It's because I'm not having it done for me (I'm not paying someone to do it). The slightest hint of productivity or self-reliance in foreigners makes some Thai's uncomfortable.
