I have read he Trump appeal docs and the reply from DA 'Tish' James office. But over the past 15 years or so of some involvement I am not in any position to comment on outcomes of appeals -- I've been more often a supporter of the losing side but not always. xylophone
17 hours ago, Lacessit said: I do find the Trump fanboy fantasies entertaining, such as the proposition Trump is somehow more popular. He's not popular with 30% of Republican voters. They are saying they will vote for Biden. He's not popular with Nikki Haley, who refused to endorse him. He's not popular with the unions or the military. The Drake event was amateurish. He's not popular with women, after crowing about overturning Roe vs Wade. Presumably he is not popular with campaign managers who have no money to campaign with, after he looted contributions to pay his legal bills. He obviously was not popular with the multiple grand juries who indicted him. He's been boasting about his wealth for years. Genuine billionaires keep their wealth under wraps. Trump's "wealth" is a house of cards, waiting for the first puff of wind. The fact he can't raise $450 million for the appeal bond speaks volumes. My guess is when Letitia James starts seizing properties, she will find quite a few with so much debt they will be a drop in a bucket. Add.....he is not popular with Mike Pence, his previous VP, and that speaks volumes about trump!! Former US vice-president Mike Pence says he will not be backing Donald Trump in the 2024 election. The decision makes Pence the latest in a series of senior Trump administration officials who have declined to endorse their former boss’ bid to return to the Oval Office. “During my presidential campaign I made it clear that there were profound differences between me and President Trump on a range of issues, and not just our difference on my Constitutional duties that I exercised on January the 6th.” “I mean, as I have watched his candidacy unfold, I’ve seen him walking away from our commitment to confronting the national debt. I’ve seen him starting to shy away from a commitment to the sanctity of human life,” he went on, also referencing what he called Trump’s “reversal on getting tough on China and supporting our administration’s effort to force” the sale of the popular TikTok app. 1

Popular Post Eric Loh
What a pickle old Donny is in. He has to pay in cash which he don’t have, obtain a bond which he can’t get, ask his wealthy buddies which none step forward or small donor contributions which will be in sufficient for such a large amount. If AG seized his properties, he will not get them back even he win the appeal which is a big IF whether he get an appeal and bigger IF he can win. Downhill and lose lose situation well unless he declare bankrupt. The embarrassment in declaring bankrupt will push him over to another level of insanity. 2

If trump would have shut his big flapping lying lips there would have not been a huge verdict...but he would not stop defaming over and over as he thinks his shxt is not brown and he is above the law. How would you propose he is held accountable or is it ok to just keep on and on defaming someone with impunity. Donnie has been treated VERY kindly in his various trials. Delay delay delay with many frivioulous motions hoping to postpone judgement day.......no ordinary citizen would be allowed to make a mockery of the system as he has done and continues to do. In fact he would likely already be in jail and his cracker jack lawyers sanctioned. Most all of trumps legal problems are of his own doing. Don't inflate and deflate property values to suit your loan requests one day then pay no taxes the next day. DUH there is a massive paper trail. Don't lie about having classified docs in your home and then try and hide them and attempt to destroy survelliance tapes of illicit activity than delay delay rather than just return the darn papers. Don't have sex with porn stars while your wife is pregnant then pay off porn stars days before an election leaving a paper trail. Don't lie about rigged elections when it has been proven over and over to be false. Don't piss off almost every person who served under you and then have them be done with you and tell the truth as to what they saw and heard under oath. Don't call state election officials and get recorded telling them to find you votes you don't have. Don't stiff workers and regular people for decades by forcing them to sue you to collect what they are owed and then wear them down with your lawyers to force them to settle for pennies on the dollar. Don't surround yourself with incompetent yes men and women who have the iq of turnips. Most importantly do not run for POTUS and base your entire candidacy on lies, smears and praise of dictators. He got lucky to get elected one time but is not smart enough to recognize in 2016 that the party was over and all he needed to do was not attempt to overthrow the election and he could have retired to florida and played golf and be a star on fox "news" by going on at will to bitch and whine for a decade or so. As Forest Gump said "stupid is as stupid does" The gig is almost up donnie. Even many of your cult members are finally starting to realize they were conned and move on. ALL done by little donnie boy. Not a witch in sight for anyone who actually is not a cult member worshipping a man that according to himself is perfect and has never ever done anything wrong in his life. Your Dream Sheet is quite extensive.

Ailes argued---correctly, as it turned out---that media news was too high brow and the lesser IQ demographic needed something they could understand. While Ailes admitted the low IQ demographic had much lower spending power, and thus on average would be a lesser draw for advertisers, he argued that a network aimed at dumbies would draw all of them, and thus collectively they would represent buying power of sufficient size to pull advertisers. Ailes even suggested hiring talking heads who were NOT from any sort of elite school, as lesser intellects would be more likely to click with the demographic Ailes sought. Hence, Hannity, Carlson, Watters et al. Only Ingraham has an Ivy degree, and that from the beer-drinking Ivy.
