Im not surprised at all, and easily turned the other way around under other circumstances. 

 

It stinks, but thats how it works. Somebody had to swallow, and cooperate with dictators as long they are beneficial, and maybe help them a little bit to once and awhile.

Facts are facts like it or not Frank several Western countries have severed links with Russia due to Putin and his Invasion of another country. He and his closest aids have arrest warrants on them for war crimes fact Frank. What does Thailand do? I suppose they would welcome Saddam and Idi Amin on Thai soil if they were still around.
