lol. In other words China is doing its thing and Thailand is clinging to its coat tails.

FFS, Thailand can’t even make use of its satellite allocation, let alone boldly go where plenty have boldly gone before

There’s speculation in the industry that the upcoming auctions for the unclaimed orbit slots at 50.5° and 142° E by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) might not be successful. This is due to the expectation that the number of potential bidders will not meet the minimum requirement outlined in the awarding conditions for these slots.

I bet this is the reason behind China wanting to pal up with Thailand.

Don't be surprised if China gets to use this slot.

Seems a reasonable joint venture...the Chinese have a craft in orbit round the moon in preparation for building a base.

It's great that Thailand is in there with a winner.

I don't know if I'd feel safe aboard a joint China-Thailand space vehicle, but the food aboard should be pretty awesome!

WHAT !!

Why would eat <deleted> when there is better food as in MREs

Never mind, if someone is talking up Thailand in space expect a counter story next week.
