Looking to offload some gold and would like to know where is the preferred shop(s) in isaan? if the have prices online would be a big ++. Are the prices in isaan similar to yawarat(China Town) in bkk?

It shouldn't matter where you sell, the price is the same everywhere in the Kingdom. But if it's not Thai gold not every shop will buy it.

I saw that a store this morning was selling gold at B41,150.

 

 

Mate, don't do it, never sell gold, you're not Thai.

Selling "gold"?  The prices being quoted are for the Thai equivalent of real gold.  Not North American fakes 10/14/18k.

Noticed the other day the spread seems to be wider than it used to be when the price was lower.
