You are suggesting that there are 300,000 Americans who want to have a job picking strawberries for minimum wage that are denied their chance because they have been replaced by illegals?

No. What I said was that 300,000,000 American would be negatively impacted.

As for it being Biden's fault, I remind you that Congress failed to pass a border bill at the direction of Trump.

I remind you that the border was largely under control when Trump left office, and Biden came it and reverse all of the Trump era policies.

The border bill would only have helped process illegals into the county more quickly.

The Border was very quiet during COVID, wasn't it?

Go troll somebody else. It's in news quite frequently in the USA the hardships cities are facing, not to mention tax payers money.

We're just not smart enough. The really smart people (leftists) all know that bringing in ten million illegals that are often illiterate in their native language, much less English, benefit the economy. Millions of low and no skilled workers do not put downward pressure on wages, and millions of new households do not put upward pressure on housing costs. Millions of new people using the same public services such as health-care, education, food stamps, welfare and all other government assistance programs does not in any way increase the cost of those programs or reduce the availability.

Only really stupid people believe the impact is negative.

Anyway, the polls this early don't matter.

Biden faces concerns among young voters, a crucial voting bloc for Democrats, ahead of the presidential election, according to a March poll that found former President Donald Trump winning voters younger than 30 years old.

Political strategist James Carville has gone viral on social media after cursing young voters over their perceived lack of enthusiasm for incumbent President Joe Biden.

"There will be no government left, there will be no rights left, you will live under theocracy, you'll end up with Christian Nationalism [if Donald Trump wins]," Carville said during a 12-minute video posted to the Politicon YouTube channel. "But that's all right you little [expletive] 26-year-old, you don't feel like the election is important."

Speaking of more truth...

More importantly, there is a stark difference in the quality of the jobs added under both presidents.

Compared to pre-COVID-19 levels, a little over 2 million full-time jobs have been added under Biden, along with more than 1.18 million part-time jobs.

As I already noted, in Trump’s first three years, total employment rose by 6.33 million, but unlike with Biden, nearly all of those jobs were full-time positions. Part-time employment increased by just 17,000 jobs from January 2017 to January 2020, less than 1% of the total number of added jobs.

James is persistent in demanding Democrat's wake up. I give him that!

Clearly you are not an economist. Nor understanding of what's really going on with illegal immigration.

Reality disagrees with you:

“Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the American economy added 353,000 jobs in January, bringing the total jobs created under President Biden to 14.8 million. The unemployment rate held at its steady, low rate of 3.7 percent. This continues a two-year trend of a jobless rate under four percent, the longest stretch in more than 50 years.

Your number of 2 million jobs created by Biden is fake.

One has to remember that the employment rate was low because Biden took over during covid. The only accurate comparison would be between now and prior to covid.

How many of those "created" jobs were actually just people going back to work after being laid off due to COVID?  Reminds me of the bogus "jobs created and saved" number used by others.

The people wouldn't have gone back to work without reviving economic policies. A component of the revival plan was the American Rescue Plan Act which include $1.9 trillion in economic rescue funds related to covid-19. The plan also provided individual with Stimulus payments etc. There are others like the Inflation Reduction Act.

...or they would have stayed in their jobs if the morons in Washington hadn't shut the country down.  Once the whole COVID paranoia ended, people would have gone back to work naturally. The overstimulus of the economy with too much free money is what led to the inflation crisis that is so hard to tackle now.

In any case, the people aren't feeling it. Biden's approval on the economy is rather low.

Right. And what country had the most deaths? USA. Followed closely by Brazil, with another nutter as a leader.

One has to remember that you acknowledge the impact of the pandemic when it suits you, and denies it when it doesn't suit you! 😊

A day that will live in infamy ,

Jan 20,2021

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- President Joe Biden averaged 38.7% job approval during his recently completed 13thquarter in office, which began on Jan. 20 and ended April 19. None of the other nine presidents elected to their first term since Dwight Eisenhower had a lower 13th-quarter average than Biden.
