Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin will fly to the border district of Mae Sot in Tak province tomorrow, to follow up on operations after clashes in Myawaddy in Myanmar.

His agenda includes meetings with relevant authorities working in the area, to receive updates on the latest situation, including aid plans for both Thais and Myanmar nationals who have been affected by the ongoing civil war in Myanmar.

Meanwhile, Thai Foreign Minister Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, stated that, as of yesterday, about 2,800 displaced persons had fled into Thailand, but 1,200 have already returned to Myanmar.

:post-4641-1156693976:   Let's clear this up Thailand does not remain in a neutral position, as stated in the full story, they let the Junta's aircraft land, and let the Junta's Trucks full of money come over the bridge into Thailand, watched while it was loaded and allowed it to fly out ( it remains unclear to me if it was in fact 2 planes). That Is allowing the Junta to continue his murderous Coup.

That is being complicit with money laundering and no tax paid.

Imagine anyone else just driving over the bridge with a truck or two loaded with money.  Despicable !

Looks like a perfect spot to launch a submarine PM .. your job to save the innocent refuges don't forget it 🤔

Had no idea Sretta was a military strategist. So, he views people who have crossed the border and... Did what?

Will Rohinga people displaced across the border into Thailand also be included in the humanitarian aid plan?
