Non B Visa pick up at Thai Embassy in Singapore

Dear Community, I have to pick up my non B Visa in Singapore at the Thai Embassy, How many days will it take to pick it up if i drop of my passport / paperwork first thing in the morning? Do i need an Agent to support or can i do by myself. anyone has experience for within the last few weeks month? Thank you for the support.
