Obama was elected twice. Both times with a majority of voters. Unlike Dozer.

Twice elected.  So you can count.

Change for the worse remained the same.  Twice!

ObamaCARE seems to be quite popular.

Rescuing the US auto industry was a good thing.

Managing the financial mess left by Bush was a good move.

You source?  The View?

I don’t nor do anyone I know use Obama care.  It will be obsolete once Trump is elected.  Possibly on day one.

Good for China as he tries to mandate more EV.

He managed nothing except make things worse for all citizens except those on the dole.

Not even Trump is saying he wants to abolish Obamacare anymore. In fact, he's denying he ever said he wants to get rid of it. Clearly, you and Trump disagree.

"I'm not running to terminate the ACA, AS CROOKED JOE BUDEN [sic] DISINFORMATES [sic] AND MISINFORMATES [sic] ALL THE TIME, I'm running to CLOSE THE BORDER, STOP INFLATION, MAKE OUR ECONOMY GREAT, STRENGTHEN OUR MILITARY, AND MAKE THE ACA, or OBAMACARE, AS IT IS KNOWN, MUCH BETTER, STRONGER, AND FAR LESS EXPENSIVE," Trump wrote.

The voters in several red states overrode their legislatures via referendums to support the Medicaid expansion under Obamacare. In other red states legislatures have voted to approve it.

Here's a map showing which states have adopted Medicaid expansion.

Get over it.

Sounds good to me!  Welcome to the MAGA team!

ANYTHING Trump does will be better than what Obama has done.

I wonder if this is the same plan he promised he had when he was President but never actually produced.

Trump vows 'phenomenal' new health care plan

"We’re anxious to see what the president recommends," GOP's McConnell says.

You really do live in an alternative universe. Here's a promise he made to insurance executives on February 27, 2017. That's just a little over 1 month into his first term.

"We have a plan that's going to be fantastic," said Trump. "A very competitive plan, costs will come down, health care will go up very substantially. People will like it a lot."

"It's going to be special. I think you're going to like what you hear," Trump told the insurance executives.

And he tried to get rid of Obamacare without offering a concrete plan in its place.

As I stated before.  Due to Covid which was the number 1 issue not only for the USA but the entire world.  COVID was unprecedented.  NO ONE had the perfect answer at the time.  A lot of trial and error.

Many issues were put on the back burner.

Now it’s easy to look back.  Hindsight.
