A Russian man was arrested following a commotion at a hotel in Pattaya. The incident took place on Saturday evening after the man allegedly stole a phone from a local before causing a disturbance at a nearby hotel.

Reportedly under the influence of alcohol and displaying erratic behavior, the man ran into the hotel, where he was not a guest, and barricaded himself in a bathroom.

Despite attempts by police to negotiate, the man refused to cooperate and officers were forced to use pepper spray to detain him.

The man, believed to be in his 30s, is currently in police custody and is facing charges of disorderly conduct and public nuisance. The motive behind his actions remains unknown.

Another unstable Russian, that comes from a country with total lack of understanding, compassion and critical thinking. Just primal barbaric behavior in their genes.

Never met a quiet Russian. The Russian lady on our soi apparently has learned a good level of Thai just so she can shout in conversation to the local thai neighbours

Unlike a lot of Brits right?

Yes, exactly! In that case you are referring to arrogance, chip on shoulder, thug mentality and a race that think they are the only ones that speak, what they call "real English". Besides that, THEY also think THEY won WWII.

In a way, but not the way they boost about it. There it sounds like they did it all alone. However, we all know how big the bill was for the help US gave.
