I use them all the time. This Grassfed is better than the Wagyu, in my opinion.

I make my own ciabotta rolls, big enough for the burger and gobbins.

Yep. Gone up to Bht 120 for 2 in the last year, were 99 before. Great burgers.

On offer at 115, I buy them regularly, great flavour on their own without the bun 😉

Grass fed until the are put into a feeding lot. I worked on a cattle station in OZ.

500 bread flour, 375 water, 5 gm yeast, a bit of salt. Mix together. Stretch every 30 minutes x 4. 200C for 30 minutes. Done.
