Yet this morning while on the way to town, a car lies wrecked in the ditch that was dug to build whatsoever. Wonder how drunk the driver must have been to miss out the caution signs or were there not enough caution signs?

I pass that way everyday since I live in San Kampheng and everyday there are new traces of broken car/bike lights. Accidents from the night before.

What it is would be the lack of warning signs, lights and proper detours. How many more people would crash just for a construction to go on? Taken too lightly on the contractors side and I reckon that anyone even puts up a case against them.
