When the police absolutely refuse to do an effective job, the locals are left with little choice but to take matters into their own hands.

 

From my point of view I would love to see this happen more often. I think this might be the kind of deterrent that criminals need, to act like decent human beings.

I agree entirely Mike, that is if they are caught in the act. I am all for taking the law into our own hands if the police or courts don't do anything, I have done it in the UK, but we just have to be 100% sure that they are guilty.
