Vietjet cancellation policy

Hi folks, I've seen an article below that states;

VietJet Air 24-Hours Cancellation Policy
If the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and there are at least seven days between the departure date and the booking date, the full refund is given.

Is this true?

If not, i would like to amend the flight to maybe next year, but ive been bustling for an hour already fiddling their website and bot chat, but its not getting anywhere, facebook bot stops replying after entering my name.

If I want to discuss face 2 face about changing flight or cancellation, do I goto the suvanaphumi vietjet air counter? (Do they have a counter specifically for this?)

 

I think there is a Vietjet office together with AIrasia inside a building opposite to Novotel Suvanaphumi, but my exp with Air asia regarding refund,

the fookers inside just dont wanna discuss and keep pushing to talk to the counter or call the center. 

 

Anyone handled flight amendment with Vietjet, please share how u've done it.
