I bought three instant hot water heaters 6 kw from China for the same price as I can buy one locally.

They have been in use for 6 months now and work really well.

I ordered the same on Shopee, what transfer rate are you getting? for me its 1gb in 40 seconds (23mb/sec). Cables seem to advertise 480Mbps which is 1gb in 30 seconds.

Also although instructions say go on sandisk website for latest firmware it's not on there

Didn't bother testing speed.  Pretty darn fast though, and moved about 200gb quick enough.  Didn't use cable that came with it, having a C to C cable.

Did transfer same 200gb to older HDD, one in photo I posted, before deleting off laptop, and seem to take forever :cheesy:

Works a treat, and conx to laptop.  No lag at all when accessing, which I do often.  Wouldn't take the info to register, and had to register via SanDisk support.  Good, quick service from them.

Best cheap purchase I have ever made?

OZONATED WATER:

20 Liters

Baht 25

By the Jug

I use a great company with excellent service.

Haven't got sick once.....

Which, I might add, is far better than my track record with those purple berries I have been eating, found in my front yard.

And it's a fair wind, blowin' warm....

Here in Chiang Mai.

I am happy with my water company!

They carry my water for me.

NOTE4: Price inclusive.....

Wait:  Isn't that some sort of English Idiom....or something?

Sorry, but this reply to your comment was, about 30-minutes ago, interrupted by some company called....as I recall....Ivermectin Community Services, or something, due to an "UPDATE"....not sure why.

Anyway, I think we are now back on track.

If I can recover my train of thought after this interruption, I was in the process of saying:

The name of my water company, the one that provides me with a steady supply of superb water, reliably, rain or shine...is....

GUNGA DIN Water Works.

You can google the name, and try it for yourself.

Everyone worries about water, these days.

Speaking of Gunga Din.....

Did you know where this name originated, and what made this water-company's name so famous?

It's based on an obscure poem written by my alum, Rudyard Kipling...and.....

It goes like this.....

image.png.feb49772b38632bee5867b6ea5e665b0.png

I just LOVE the part when this poem goes.....

DIN!

DIN!

DIN!

Reminds me of ....

RIN!

TIN!

TIN!

Rin-Tin-Tin was, just like Gunga....

Such a loyal old dog.

Shrooms are not for the likes of me....

Not necessary.

But, water is what we are made of....as you know.

This is why I drink only water delivered to me by....

GUNGA DIN Water Works.

Google it....

Buy it.....

And, happy hydrating......

Regards,

Gamma

Did they mention some old water bag?

Now, my company delivers in PE Jugs.

What are you talking?  Cables advertising? Even if there is some tenuous connection, you do understand that 480 Mbps is equal to 60 MB/s...don't you? But what that has to do with the drive in question I don't know.

But what I can tell you, is that any drive advertising that deliberately omits any mention of Write speed is suspect. Mentioning only Sequential Read speeds to try to make the thing look good.

480 Mbps is simply USB 2.0 specification from the year 2000. A maximum of 60MB/s minus overheads.

It was quite simple, what speed is he downloading for the same device, if it was quicker than me it might be different cable so I'd buy a new one

That simple eh?

You think the other devices in use have no bearing on the results?

You can go online to find people who claim to experience 125 MB/s. Obviously using different equipment under different conditions than yourself.
