Hi, did anyone replaced lost driving licence in Phuket recently?

 

I wonder if they need a police report?

In some provinces they don't need it.

 

It was about the expire in 2 months, so I wonder if I can just get the new one, or must replace the old one first.

 

It's the first issued (temporary) licence (2 years duration), next one will be 5 years.

Police report required. If you don't replace first you have to start the process again from scratch.

exactly as u need show ur/turn in  old license>
do u have a photocopy?
go ask at the dept  they can tell ya 100%

Usually cor and medical required.
