In the end if your married or not, you will still end up paying for sex. If there is a divorce involved then it will cost you a lot more than any ST or LT worker. If fact if you could do the math, it would probably still work out cheaper on average per 'bonk'. I have an old friend who found Thailand well before me. He vowed never to marry, said it was far more economical to pay as you go. You want a new model? Easy to do and you won't lose your house over it. His outlook suited him and had some merit. I've been married twice, never again. -

no, your argument is not valid because there is much more potential for ABUSE of exchange of money in relationships. a woman can stay married to a man she doesnt love for 20 years just for money. thats much more sad than paying a girl for an hour. -

Doctor Faces Charges for Attacking, Forcing Teenage Boy to Undress in Bangkok
In Lak Si district, Bangkok, a doctor and three others, have been officially charged for attacking and coercing a 14-year-old boy to undress. The evidence will be examined on December 9, meanwhile, the accused have been temporarily freed. The Special Prosecutor for Criminal Cases 4 has issued a legal suit against Dr. Weerayuth Naenna, his namesake, and two others, presenting them in court as the primary four defendants. They have been accused of various crimes, involving extortion, assault, bullying, performing indecent acts on a minor under the age of 15, harassment, and inflicting physical or psychological harm on a child. The incident allegedly involved assaulting the teenage boy and forcing him to undress and walk outside the Mongkutwattana Hospital. This occurred late at night on May 13. According to the lawsuit, the four defendants intimidated the boy to pay a 5,000 baht penalty for smoking on the hospital property. They threatened to seize his mobile phone if the fine was not paid, creating a fear of losing his possession. The boy's phone was confiscated against his will when he couldn't pay the fine. Dr. Weerayuth, identified as the primary defendant, is alleged to have slapped the boy multiple times and ejected him from Mongkutwattana Hospital's Building 3. Leaving the building towards the emergency room, Weerayuth allegedly slapped the boy again, prompting his tears and apologies. Weerayuth continued his assault, even when the boy was kneeling and apologising outside the emergency room, resulting in scratches and bruises. Furthermore, Weerayuth reportedly forced the boy to strip completely, reducing him to a helpless state. The boy complied and was then made to walk naked along a road in Bangkok. The prosecution claims these actions eroded the boy’s dignity, constituting harassment, causing him considerable distress and humiliation. The prosecution also appealed for Dr. Weerayuth’s sentence to be linked to a previously suspended sentence from another criminal case. During the investigation, all four defendants countered the charges. However, Dr. Weerayuth confessed to hitting the boy and making him undress, arguing that it was a disciplinary action. The court detailed the charges to the defendants who all pleaded not guilty. An evidence review is arranged for December 9 at 9 am. After being charged, the four defendants requested, and were granted, temporary freedom. Dr. Weerayuth insisted his actions were deliberate and intended to teach the boy a lesson. The police have interviewed the 14-year-old boy in relation to the charges against Dr. Weerayuth. The doctor insisted on verifying the boy’s age, believing him to be older than 15, and expressed that he was opposed to any kind of settlement.
