have to do 90 day report in person, which location better/faster in terms of handling?

IN Feb, I had a 90-day report due, so went to the airport immigration office - they just told me to walk to the drive-in 90-day report window which I did - 1 minute wait for stamping!  too easy or just drive through.

They started letting people walk through the drive-thru a good while back at the main immigration office by the airport for 90 day reporting
