Wolf snake or krait, one harmless and one venemous. You on facebook? What is your location/district? search for Snakes Isaan or the district you belong to, post the pic there

Looks like a Banded Krait, if it is that then it is venomous and potentially fatal

It's very easy to differentiate between Wolfsnake and Banded Krait. The Krait has yellow and black bands that are the same size, the Wolfsnake has narrower yellow bands.

So many local colour and patterns  differences to be sure. So not easy when it comes to differ a few snakes. I have followed snake pages for years, and know how easy it to gues wrong
