Non-O Visa and return ticket...

Featured Replies

Just a quick question - my non-O visa will expire in October, traveling to Thailand this week, do I need a return ticket or not.

Thank you again for your valuable help

For the laugh emoji...

The OP has a valid visa. The airline at departure for his flight this week to Thailand will not ask to see return or onward flight.

Nor will the io upon landing in Thailand.

Have different advice ...post away

Dr Jack, Incorrect.

I needed a flight out within 90 days with Malaysia Air.

I arrived 3 months ago on non-imm O with one-way ticket. An onward ticket is only a requirement for visa exempt entry

And what did you do?

Step away from check in and book a flight?

Your experience does match MANY others.

Just one example above this post.

Your experience is isolated.

No, not needed! You have a visa already. Done this for years.
