This evening I found I was logged out on the app on my TV but not on mobile devices. I currently can't login on the TV with either a QR code or an activation code. The latter requires you to visit a HBO website and all I'm getting is this...

I've now sorted the problem. HBO had decided to take issue with me for being logged into too many devices. Even though it's over a year ago I last logged into a new device.
