Worst or lowest part of your life ?
Watching my Father suffer through Cancer before he died. Father was smart, hardworking, caring, successful businessman and friend to many. After couple months of Cancer drugs: 1. Lost some teeth 2. Couldn't add simple numbers when he is excellent at Math 3. Needed a feeding tube 4. Drugs making him unstable and needing wheelchair. 5. Depression, watching him battle and fight back but inside knowing he can't win. Accepting death, leaving his family and friends took a heavy toll. What did I learn? Appreciate the time I have and don't waste it. Helping people is very rewarding to both parties. There are somethings you have Zero control over, it is best to just focus on living a good, happy life, not waste time and efforts when there is no benefit or result. -

And the previous multi millionares in charge had their finger on the pulse right? like Pelosi, eating Icecream in front of her $20,000 fridge during COVID lockdowns, when Joe Public had to shut down their businesses. -

Also depends all depends what is in your lease agreement "If you have one" there are laws that do protect foreigners in situations like this, I don't know them all. But yeah bit of good advice from the posters above, if they want you gone just go there will always be somewhere else that will probably happily take you for the amount of money you are paying now. In my experience Thais can be fairly unpredictable in situations like this and can often avoid to 'alternative' tactics to remove you from somewhere they don't want you to be. Voluntarily moving out is probably the path of least resistance.
